First of all, this studio is my childhood dream. I've poured my heart and soul into it, and you can definitely feel it when you come here.
At the time of opening the studio, I had been teaching in New York for two years. During that time, hundreds of women have attended my classes. Many of them shared with me how long they hesitated to come and why. And every time, I heard the same words:
- I'm clumsy, I'm not flexible.
- I've tried classes before, and I didn't succeed.
- I'm afraid of being worse than others.
- There's something wrong with my body.
- I might look silly, and people will judge me.
I wanted to create a place where no woman would even have such thoughts.
Where everyone can be themselves and feel at home. A place filled with a warm atmosphere of female support. Where you can find friends, not competitors. Where everyone is surrounded by care and attention from the instructors. Where you can finally relax, forget about the constant race we're all in this city, and simply enjoy yourself and connect with your body. Where dancing is about pleasure, not a competition with yourself and others in the room. Where there are gentle classes for those who have never danced because they require special care and attention.
Dancing is what has helped and continues to help me in my life every day: being self-confident, in touch with my mind and body, enjoying myself and life, staying in shape, being energetic and many many more.
I sincerely believe that every woman on the planet should try dance.
The Femmily is the best place to do that, I promise you. I created it for every woman reading this. I will be glad to make one more woman in this world happier.

2. I acknowledge the substantial risk of injury, including accidents, injuries, illnesses, permanent paralysis, and death, despite the implementation of specific regulations, equipment, and personal discipline to mitigate these risks.
3. I VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ACCEPT ALL SUCH RISKS, whether known or unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or other parties involved. I take full responsibility for my participation.
4. I agree to adhere to the established and customary terms and conditions for participation. In the event of the observation of any significant hazards during my presence or participation, I commit to promptly removing myself from participation and bringing the matter to the immediate attention of the nearest Thefemmily official and/or employee.
5. I recognize and assume all risks associated with injuries during participation, including falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather conditions such as high heat and/or humidity.
6. I acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that might impede participation. Furthermore, I confirm that I am physically fit and mentally capable of engaging in the chosen physical activity.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Thefemmily, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for events ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. I declare and certify that I am physically fit and mentally capable of participating.
9. By enrolling, I agree to provide appropriate medical exams and/or records for conditions that may limit my ability to participate. In the event of an accident or injury, I authorize Thefemmily to obtain necessary medical attention, for which I will be financially responsible.
10. I acknowledge that Thefemmily is not responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings while on the premises. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to keep track of and secure my personal belongings.
11. By clicking the "AGREE" button, I release and discharge Thefemmily, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any liability arising out of or related to the loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of my personal belongings.
12. I grant Thefemmily the absolute right and permission to use, publish, broadcast, and copyright any materials associated with Thefemmily, including my voice recording, name, picture, likeness, and any derived materials, for advertising, trade, and publicizing and/or selling products and events.
13. I expressly consent to receiving future notifications, including disclosures, in electronic form of communication, such as e-mail and SMS (text messaging), as well as by telephone and in paper form.
1. Drop-In Classes:
- A full refund or rescheduling is allowed if a drop-in class is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for drop-in class cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time.
- Cancellations must be made through the MindBody app. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.
2. Class Packages (8 classes):
- No refunds after payment for an 8-class package after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Classes within the 8-class package expire after one month.
- Cancellations must be made through the MindBody app. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.
- I understand and agree that Thefemmily reserves the right to cancel my 8 Classes Package at any time without providing a reason. In the event of cancellation, Thefemmily will refund the remaining amount of classes based on the per-class rate of $25.
3. Unlimited Month:
- No refunds are permitted for the Unlimited Month package after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Cancellations must be made through the MindBody app. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.
- I understand and agree that Thefemmily officials/employees reserve the right to cancel my Unlimited Monthly Membership at any time without providing an explanation. In the event of cancellation, Thefemmily will refund the prorated amount for the remaining days in the current month.
